After two years of becoming an avid goer of spin, Group Power, and abs classes I decided to make the jump to be an instructor. Its been an awesome opportunity to build self-confidence, learn new exercises, challenge myself, and meet tons of new people. It really is a huge boost to my workout everyday having others sweat it out with me. They both encourage me, inspire me, and make me laugh when they groan about the next difficult exercise.
I currently teach spin and boot camp classes on an Air Force base. It’s a job that keeps me motivated, fit and constantly sweating. I love sharing the classes that not only keep me strong but add variety to my weekly workouts!
